About This Role
- Lead and own SAP ECC (R/3) Order to Cash (O2C) continuous development from requirement analysis through deployment.
- Coordinate SAP SD process and technical teams to deliver scalable O2C solutions, including integration with FI, MM, LE modules and interface setups like EDI, Webservices, RFC.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives relevant to O2C, manage risks and escalations, and lead cross-cultural teams while collaborating with IT Product Owner on Agile delivery cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience in SAP O2C/SD across rollout and support projects.
- Mandatory expertise in end-to-end SAP O2C/SD configuration (Ordering, Pricing, Shipping, Billing) with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, including EDI/IDoc interface design.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or related field and/or MBA/MCA.
- SAP O2C and Agile certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain and functional expertise in SAP SD with hands-on experience in SAP ECC R/3 and S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional teams and integrating complex systems including FI, MM, LE and related interfaces.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with ability to translate business requirements into technical and process solutions aligning with business priorities and sprint goals.
