About This Role
- Lead and develop a high-performing Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation team, focusing on technical leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute test strategies, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Manage project delivery including sprint planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve on-time, within-scope releases with strong say-do ratio.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, test management, and automation tools; ISTQB Advanced Level Test Management certification is advantageous.
- Office presence required 4 days per week as per company policy.
