About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google ADK.
- Build solutions including AI agents, copilots, RAG-based semantic search, and enterprise knowledge assistants integrated with business applications and APIs.
- Package, deploy, and monitor AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and contribute reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices in AI engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–8 years of overall software engineering experience with minimum 2 years hands-on in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based application development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask or similar frameworks.
- Bachelor of Technology degree.
- Experience deploying on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with Docker and CI/CD fundamentals.

- Deep practical experience building enterprise-grade AI agents, copilots, and RAG solutions solving real business problems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams and effectively communicating complex AI concepts.
- Proven ability to take ownership, deliver results, engage stakeholders across geographies, and present/demonstrate AI solutions clearly.
