About This Role
- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, sales processes, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Develop and maintain training content including presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide ongoing coaching, and recommend enhancements to training methodologies to improve sales capabilities and process adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
