About This Role
- Deliver complete software solutions across all SDLC phases including design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
- Advise management on project-level issues and guide junior engineers.
- Make technical decisions with minimal supervision using best practices and internal standards.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go with experience in writing production-grade, testable code.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platform workloads (GCP or AWS) and building backend services and REST APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and design discussions.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure services with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK), professional cloud certifications, and experience with multi-region large-scale systems is a plus.
