About This Role
- Own the delivery of an exceptional employee and visitor workplace experience aligning with client culture and service standards.
- Lead and develop a team of Workplace Ambassadors ensuring service excellence, accountability, and client objectives are met.
- Manage workplace operations, employee engagement programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Hospitality, Corporate Services, Facilities Management, Employee Experience, or Customer Success.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading frontline or customer-facing teams.
- Location: On-site in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

- Experienced in managing client relationships within corporate or managed service environments to translate objectives into workplace initiatives.
- Skilled in leading and developing teams with a culture of hospitality and service excellence in fast-paced workplace environments.
