About This Role
- Lead comprehensive financial management for client accounts including budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking, and compliance to ensure optimal service delivery and cost control.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations related to client engagements such as invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliations, and month-end financial reporting.
- Develop and present financial analytics, reports, and dashboards to client stakeholders; manage financial governance, audits, and act as liaison between client finance and JLL operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or client financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in service industry environments, preferably facilities management or real estate.
- On-site work location in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with scheduled 48 weekly hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing financial roles with strong skills in financial governance, compliance, and strategic reporting.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive presentations, with knowledge of GAAP and financial standards.
- Capable of independently managing multiple priorities, leading teams, and maintaining excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
