About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including procurement activities, vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives such as RFQs, RFPs, tendering, and outsourcing strategies to optimize supplier selection and procurement value.
- Oversee inventory and store management, budgeting, procurement governance, audits, and reporting to support business operations and cost control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management functions.
- On-site location requirement: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations Management preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in facility management, corporate services, or real estate services environments, preferably with procurement exposure in these sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance in a structured corporate setting.
- Capable of strategic sourcing and negotiation to drive cost savings while maintaining quality and supplier performance.
