About This Role
- Lead end-to-end employee transportation operations for a large IT/ITES environment ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, compliance, route optimization, and vendor performance against SLA/KPIs.
- Oversee transportation budgets, fuel consumption, and collaborate with internal teams to support business requirements and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, or employee transportation.
- Experience supporting IT/ITES or large corporate environments.
- On-site work location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

- Experienced in managing large-scale employee transportation programs with deep knowledge of fleet operations and vendor management.
- Strong expertise in route planning, transportation compliance, and budget management in corporate settings.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, GPS tracking, reporting tools, and proven stakeholder management skills.
