About This Role
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and ownership for end-to-end feature implementation from requirements through production deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them on technical challenges and conducting development and code reviews.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and metrics, lead innovation workshops, evaluate new AI technologies, and oversee security and compliance initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience, including 10+ years full-stack development.
- 5+ years as a tech lead or manager (minimum 3+ years as tech lead).
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft .Net/Azure stack; proficient in at least 3 technologies/frameworks including C#.Net, Azure, PHP, Node JS, C++, Angular, Swagger, DevOps.

- Experienced in software development leadership with a strong emphasis on Microsoft .Net and Azure technologies.
- Demonstrates capability in driving AI adoption and engineering productivity through implementation of AI tools and metrics dashboards.
