About This Role
- Design and manage delivery of complex Salesforce solutions including scalable AI-driven custom integrations and architectures.
- Lead technical design sessions, define and document solutions aligning with client business needs, and enforce coding standards leveraging AI development tools.
- Oversee technical delivery of Salesforce projects including custom development, data migration, and integration, with 50-75% travel to client sites.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-14 years CRM experience with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce products and architecture including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds, and Agentforce.
- Proven experience in system design including AI-driven architectures, API integrations, and managing complex data volume and security considerations.
- Degree or equivalent experience required; ability to achieve or hold active Salesforce certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect with strong background in large web-based system design and complete software development lifecycle on Salesforce.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and perform architectural evaluations.
- Capable of strategic solution design and governance balancing high-scale performance, security, and integration complexity in enterprise environments.
