About This Role
- Lead end-to-end FP&A delivery and financial performance management for the Physician IDP portfolio in India SSC.
- Own month-end close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with US finance leadership partnership.
- Build and manage India FP&A team, establish governance on client data, drive standardization, automation, and executive business partnering.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Chartered Accountant, CMA or equivalent finance qualification.
- Typically 12+ years of relevant experience including FP&A and finance business partnering in complex/multi-client settings.
- Experience working with senior US-based stakeholders in Global Capability Centers or Shared Services environments.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills; knowledge of planning, ERP, and BI/reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced strategic finance partner comfortable operating across time zones and ambiguity, supporting senior US leadership in healthcare or related sectors.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, client-level P&L analysis, workforce planning, scenario analysis, and commercial decision support.
- Proven leader with capability building experience and a control- and data-oriented mindset focused on governance, standardization, and process improvement.
