About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise and cloud-native applications.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture standards, modernization and cloud transformation initiatives ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
- Own performance engineering including workload modeling, capacity planning, and execution of tests using tools like JMeter and NeoLoad, plus troubleshooting complex production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
- 7+ years of total experience in software engineering.
- Mandatory programming skills: C# (.NET Framework/Core 6/7/8), Python, SQL, JavaScript; Java experience is good to have but not mandatory.
- Experience in architecture, design, cloud (AWS), DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD), performance engineering, and automation including Selenium and Ranorex automation tools.

- Strong capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
