About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of R&D technology solutions focusing on Microsoft Azure, software engineering, and AI integration.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Azure services, cloud-native architecture, programming frameworks (React, Java, JavaScript), and DevOps practices.
- Ensure compliance with GxP validation standards and operational support including incident and defect resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience in software engineering, solution design, and product delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (application hosting, integration, security) and programming with React, Java, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader with strong experience architecting scalable enterprise SaaS solutions using Microsoft Azure and modern programming frameworks.
- Experienced in integrating Artificial Intelligence, including generative AI, with practical understanding of responsible AI and data privacy.
- Skilled in Agile and DevOps engineering practices with focus on CI/CD, automated testing, and system lifecycle governance in regulated domains.
