About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports with management commentary for APAC stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Reconcile balance sheet items, perform variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead reporting automation, data quality improvements, ERP system upgrades, and support audit and compliance activities related to financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related finance roles.
- Proven experience with month-end close processes, financial controls, SAP or similar ERP, and strong Excel skills.
- Role based in India with hybrid working pattern requiring regular on-site presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting regional financial reporting across multiple countries or currencies in APAC.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit support processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL, and experience in reporting automation or ERP migrations.
