About This Role
- Own preparation of cost-effective, technically viable automation proposals based on client/tender requirements using Rockwell Automation and third-party products.
- Deliver high-quality proposals on time and within budget to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Interface with multiple stakeholders including customers, sales, distributors, project managers, marketing, drafting, and manufacturing teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Automation, or Electronics Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation.
- Willingness to work a 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift.
- Hybrid work setup requiring presence at Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing detailed, technically and commercially viable automation proposals under deadline pressure.
- Familiar with electrical design standards and IEC codes, with exposure to diverse industry applications preferred.
- Capable of detailed bottom-up costing and accountable for quality and accuracy of completed work.
