About This Role
- Oversee new business operations including policy issuance and KYC verification to ensure compliance and quality.
- Maintain, analyze, and report on MIS and business performance data using Excel and internal systems like Life Asia and Group Asia.
- Identify and implement process improvements while managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in operations or related domain.
- Graduate degree required.
- Mandatory skills: analytical ability and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience or familiarity with Life Asia and Group Asia systems for policy and operations management.
