About This Role
- Lead delivery of network infrastructure programs/projects involving automation and coordination with global teams.
- Manage third-party vendors for monitoring and troubleshooting network services, including escalation and comprehensive reporting.
- Design and implement delivery process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in network infrastructure.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years in program management and relevant network infrastructure experience.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, especially in technical program management and product lifecycle.
- Comfortable collaborating with network engineers, software engineers, and project managers on large technical networking projects.
- Skilled in process design, change/transformational program planning, and operational process optimization.
