About This Role
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects that influence product and business decisions within post-booking servicing experiences.
- Extract and transform data from multiple sources to build datasets for analysis, experimentation, and modeling.
- Apply statistical methods and provide clear recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, delivering insights that drive measurable change across multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with measurement approaches including causal inference, multivariate testing, and experiment design.

- Proven ability to lead and independently manage analytical projects from problem definition through recommendation in a product-driven environment.
- Strong grounding in statistics and experience applying experimental design and regression techniques to business problems.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and communicating complex analytics clearly to diverse stakeholders.
