About This Role
- Own the creation, issuance, and management of Purchase Orders (POs) for R&D or projects using SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.
- Manage supplier relationships including vendor onboarding, resolving PO exceptions, and updating payment terms according to scope of work.
- Process invoices through Ariba and input related data into SAP systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems mandatory.
- Basic financial knowledge of Capital, Expense, and Deferred Expense is required.
- Work Experience Required: 2-6 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing sectors preferred, indicating familiarity with compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy of procurement and payment processes.
- Experience managing procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and vendor relationships using SAP Ariba and ERP environments.
