About This Role
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corning India across diverse functions including Commercial, Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and Corporate Functions.
- Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies by partnering with business leaders, HR, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to meet business hiring objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes through effective management of sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial, corporate, and professional functions.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in Talent Acquisition (explicitly mentioned).

- Experienced managing recruitment in complex, fast-paced multinational business environments covering diverse functional areas.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and consultative hiring support, with exposure to partnering with RPO providers and recruitment agencies.
