About This Role
- Own the maintenance, automation, and security architecture of developer labs and test environments ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement automated auditing systems to enforce compliance with security policies across non-production environments.
- Collaborate with distributed Engineering teams, Security Champions, and Operations to sustain secure environments without hindering developer velocity.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with on-premises virtualization, configuration automation, and complex test environment administration.
- Strong expertise in configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform) and experience with Docker, Kubernetes (Helm charts), Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of systems-level security principles including IAM, network segmentation, least privilege, and automated security auditing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing diverse non-production environments spanning Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms with mixed cloud and on-prem resources.
- Skilled in building collaborative relationships with technical teams and security stakeholders to drive security implementations pragmatically.
- Comfortable handling complex technical challenges in security automation, network services, CI/CD operations, and container orchestration in highly distributed environments.
