About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and technical leadership for cloud-native data and integration solutions using AWS, Snowflake, and AI/ML engineering in healthcare platforms.
- Manage planning, execution, governance, risk, and stakeholder communication across Snowflake, AWS, and AI engineering workstreams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable delivery.
- Drive engineering excellence by improving velocity, defect leakage, and release stability aligned with security, privacy, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of data/software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in Snowflake and AWS including scalable data pipelines and platform integration.
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead/Team Lead with proven delivery ownership including planning, design/code reviews, mentoring, and execution management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years relevant experience, Preferred 8+ years total experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building cloud-native services and data products using APIs/microservices, distributed systems, and messaging/event-driven architectures on AWS ecosystem.
- Strong domain knowledge in healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider/member data) with awareness of HIPAA/PHI handling and compliance.
- Skilled in Agile delivery methodology (Scrum/Kanban) with strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
