About This Role
- Lead and manage the video editing team, overseeing creative quality, editorial standards, timelines, and post-production workflows for travel content at scale.
- Develop and implement scalable post-production pipelines and reusable templates to improve efficiency and consistency in video production.
- Continue hands-on editing of a smaller slate of videos while mentoring editors to work independently and use data-driven insights to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in video editing and post-production with leadership or management experience.
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and strong editorial judgment.
- Strong knowledge of editing software, motion graphics, asset management, and collaborative workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 4–6 years in video editing/post-production with experience managing multiple projects or leading editors.

- Experienced leader focused on building and scaling post-production systems and team capabilities in video content production.
- Analytical and data-informed editor comfortable using YouTube metrics (CTR, audience retention) to guide creative decisions.
