About This Role
- Design and deliver training programs on lending products, sales processes, compliance, and operational procedures for sales teams.
- Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules.
- Provide ongoing coaching, assess trainee performance, and recommend enhancements to training effectiveness aligned with business and regulatory goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales training, learning & development, or training delivery within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline; Training & Development certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.

- Experienced in coaching and mentoring sales teams to improve productivity and conversion effectiveness.
- Skilled in creating engaging training content and facilitating various delivery modes (classroom, virtual, field).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align training with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
