About This Role
- Support delivery of real estate developments by taking day-to-day responsibility and minimal supervision on tasks.
- Take ownership of small/medium projects or major components within larger cost management assignments.
- Assist in coaching team members and drive service improvement, innovation, and compliance with delivery parameters.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in cost management.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent (BE/B.Tech).
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana.
- Experience on American projects and MRICS qualification are advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering cost management services with technical capability and commercial knowledge within real estate development.
- Capable of independent task management and leadership in project components.
- Comfortable with applying best practices and technology tools to support service delivery and improvement.
