About This Role
- Perform requirement analysis, test case design, test script development, and test execution focusing on automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation following ASPICE guidelines and design automation frameworks to improve functional and regression test efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with Agile sprints, conduct test reviews for functional safety, and resolve Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test failures.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in embedded software development, integration, and validation within the automotive domain.
- Strong experience in Embedded C/C++ software development and knowledge of automotive software development processes and embedded system architectures.
- Experience with Linux, QNX, or other embedded operating systems.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in Automotive and IVI systems and 3-4 years of experience in embedded software testing, with ability to validate software on HIL setups and real vehicle environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework to scale test automation effectively.
- Able to provide technical guidance and mentoring without direct people management responsibility, demonstrating strong ownership from requirement analysis to delivery.
- Skilled in collaborating with multi-disciplinary and customer-facing teams in an Agile environment focusing on functional safety and quality assurance.
