About This Role
- Own and execute comprehensive test plans for complex software systems, ensuring both functional and non-functional coverage before release.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify risks, validate acceptance criteria, and provide quality status updates using metrics.
- Lead quality-related discussions including bug triage and mentoring other Quality Engineers on testing strategies and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing, specifically owning test plans for complex systems.
- Experience with cloud-based applications, test automation, and understanding of system architecture and data flows.
- Location requirement: Must be based in Bangalore.

- Experienced in executing end-to-end quality strategies in technically complex environments using modern tech stacks like React, Golang, Python, and AWS.
- Skilled in risk assessment and cross-functional collaboration with development and product teams to ensure reliable software releases.
