About This Role
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights using Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards with robust data modeling and visualization to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, assess data quality, perform data analysis, and communicate findings effectively to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics and business intelligence focused on Power BI.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI components including Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query, RLS, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in MS SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client interaction and translating business objectives into BI solutions and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability in data quality assessment, complex data modeling, and performance tuning within Power BI environments.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
