About This Role
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Java backend code for high-performance, low-latency applications.
- Integrate frontend user-facing elements with server-side logic and manage data storage solutions including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement security protocols, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and optimize application performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot 5.x or newer, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and RESTful API development.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, caching technologies (Redis/Memcached), and messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, or M.Tech.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and building microservices and cloud-native applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or Kubernetes.
- Skilled in unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledgeable about security best practices including OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS implementation.
