About This Role
- Lead sustainability transformation for commercial buildings using smart building technologies and Agentic AI-enabled operations.
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and executives, translating energy, carbon, ESG, and autonomous optimization concepts into measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and scale AI-driven solutions, define KPIs, and create repeatable frameworks for building performance, energy efficiency, and decarbonization.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, energy management, commercial building operations, building automation, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Energy Management, Environmental Engineering or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Deep knowledge of BMS, EMS, building automation, IoT, operational technology, and sustainability frameworks (LEED, WELL, GRESB, ISO 50001).
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks and business case development for AI-enabled sustainability or smart-building digital transformations.

- Experienced in leading strategic sustainability programs with measurable impact on energy reduction, carbon footprint, and operational excellence.
- Proficient in translating complex sustainability challenges into AI-enabled digital solution architectures and scalable frameworks.
- Skilled in engaging and influencing C-level and technical stakeholders and driving innovation through emerging technologies and autonomous building operations.
