About This Role
- Manage and maintain Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, and Reporting systems to support HR operations and workforce data visibility.
- Configure and support worker lifecycle events and end-to-end Core HCM processes including compensation and organizational data structures.
- Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards; collaborate with HR and business stakeholders for requirements; participate in Workday releases, testing, and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience including strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting.
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing data integration and analytics using Workday reporting.
- Work location: Bangalore; Role type: Hybrid; Shift timing: 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in IT with Workday specialization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant with strong technical skills in Workday technology and deep understanding of HR processes.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Workday technical solutions and develop data-driven reports and analytics.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating across cross-functional teams in an enterprise HRIS environment.
