About This Role
- Develop expertise in OEM automotive service programs and support product enhancements that improve dealer and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders to translate OEM requirements into product features spanning online scheduling, service operations, customer communications, and emerging payment options.
- Support product lifecycle activities including requirements definition, backlog grooming, release planning, and performance analysis to help achieve OEM success metrics such as customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 1 year of related product owner, product manager experience or relevant internship experience.
- Experience with Agile software/DevOps methodologies and working in globally distributed teams.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year product management or related internship experience.
