About This Role
- Design and install complex network and telephony integration solutions for clients, including physical and logical network designs with thorough documentation.
- Conduct detailed client network discovery, assess needs, and perform pre-testing of network, security, and telephony configurations before production deployment.
- Collaborate with US-based project management, install, and sales teams; identify opportunities for automation and product solutions to meet unique customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's (BTech/BE) or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education and network installation experience.
- Technical certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Cisco Voice and Data networking environments including routing, switching, VPNs, tunnels, and voice technologies.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) and willingness to coordinate daily with US-based teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced network engineer with strong hands-on skills in network design, troubleshooting, and implementation, especially in Cisco environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams and US-based stakeholders in a project-driven environment.
- Comfortable with automation opportunities and proactive in identifying customer-specific network solutions.
