About This Role
- Own design, development, and delivery of efficient and maintainable Java-based microservices for a new cloud-native SaaS identity analytics product.
- Collaborate on feature implementation, code reviews, and testing in an agile, startup-mode engineering team building a product from scratch.
- Take leadership on projects of small teams, participate in resource planning, backlog refinement, and provide analysis expertise during escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Golang.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced skills in object-oriented analysis and design; experience with JavaScript frameworks ES5 to ES6+ required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable microservices in cloud environments (AWS experience preferred).
- Able to take ownership and lead small projects within a fast-paced, startup-mode engineering team.
- Skilled at cross-team collaboration with product management, engineers, and stakeholders for timely delivery and solution escalation.
