About This Role
- Lead engineering solutions for Process Industries projects following industry standards and regulatory requirements with end-to-end responsibility including pre-sale support, engineering, and site support.
- Manage and develop a team delivering on-time projects with quality and cost-effectiveness while coordinating with global stakeholders and program managers.
- Drive process improvements, project cost reduction, capacity planning, and ensure compliance with quality and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total experience, including minimum 5 years in a senior engineering role.
- Expertise in Process Industries applications (consumer goods/life sciences) with strong knowledge of Rockwell Automation products (Control Logix, FTView SE/ME, ACM/GCM, GEMS, Process Objects).
- Experience with industry standards and regulations: Batch, S88 Standards, Life Sciences applications, V-Model Documentation, CSV, IQ-OQ, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR 11.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years with at least 5 years at senior engineer level; Hybrid work model requiring presence at office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
