About This Role
- Manage and administer NetSuite in a complex, multi-entity, multi-currency financial environment including user roles, workflows, and data integrity.
- Own the NetSuite side of the full Accounts Payable cycle and collaborate with accounting teams on financial processes and month-end/year-end close enhancements.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using Celigo, establish system governance for financial tools, and work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Procurement to scale and improve systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration experience.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with an accounting background.
- In-depth knowledge of AP processes, procure-to-pay cycles, and close procedures in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
- Experience with Celigo iPaaS platform; strong communication skills to work across US and EU teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced NetSuite administrator with operational and strategic involvement in multi-entity financial systems.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end AP processes and collaborating with cross-regional teams in asynchronous communication settings.
- Able to independently drive system documentation, process improvements, and system governance to support finance scaling and IPO readiness.
