About This Role
- Own and expand the Sustainability & Climate (S&C) MCP and MSCI AI Insights solutions including AI agent tools from product vision to commercialization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to define, prototype, validate with clients, and launch AI-powered capabilities that solve investor and regulated financial client needs.
- Manage product roadmap, report adoption and business impact metrics, and maintain expert knowledge of S&C data and AI-readiness for data distribution channels (API, Snowflake, MSCI ONE).
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management or related experience with ownership of AI/ML-enabled or data distribution products.
- Strong understanding of sustainability and climate data domains including ESG ratings, carbon emissions, and climate risk metrics.
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM concepts (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, vector embeddings).
- Experience with data distribution mechanisms such as APIs, data feeds, cloud warehouses (Snowflake), and client-facing UI platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial data or ESG/sustainability products in regulated financial services environments, familiar with investor workflows and compliance requirements.
- Able to lead senior stakeholder communication including presenting product vision, pricing, packaging, and legal compliance.
- Proven collaborator across Engineering, Research, Legal, Client Coverage and skilled in client-facing validation sessions to build advocacy and refine product direction.
