About This Role
- Manage complete payroll cycles including salary, bonus, and deduction calculations ensuring accurate output.
- Implement and optimize payroll software platforms such as SAP, Workday, or Dayforce to support payroll operations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and labor regulations by managing statutory filings like PF, PT, and TDS in India.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing, management, or system implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll/HRIS software such as SAP, Workday, or ADP.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, tax withholding, and Indian compensation regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end payroll operations with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
- Skilled in configuring and optimizing payroll systems to increase operational efficiency.
- Ability to reconcile payroll with accounting records and resolve discrepancies effectively.
