About This Role
- Manage and coordinate business communications with onboarded merchants regarding payments, policies, and operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business, Product, Technology, Operations) to validate and consolidate updates for merchant communication.
- Use SQL, Python, Excel, and CRM tools like CleverTap to extract data, automate tasks, execute communication campaigns, and track performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in merchant communications, fintech operations, CRM, or payments operations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g., CleverTap).
- Understanding of financial terminology related to digital payments, gateways, settlements, refunds, and transaction processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fintech or payments operations with a focus on merchant communications.
- Analytical and technically skilled to handle data extraction, validation, and automation using SQL and Python.
- Operates in cross-functional environments coordinating between business and technical teams for precise information dissemination.
