About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects focused on Research Operations and Automation including AI and process improvements.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics teams to design and implement scalable automation and AI solutions improving operational efficiency and quality.
- Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and communicate program progress and risks to senior management using data-driven insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, analytics, operations, or related field.
- 7+ years experience in program/project management, operations, business transformation, or process improvement.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with both business and technical teams to deploy scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI/Generative AI implementations, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

- Experienced in driving operational excellence through automation and AI within complex Research Operations or similar environments.
- Strong program manager comfortable managing risks, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
- Skilled in data-driven problem solving, business process transformation, and communicating technical and business impacts to senior leadership.
