About This Role
- Lead definition and execution of AI agentic product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and risk controls.
- Own and prioritize product backlog, translate business needs into clear requirements with measurable outcomes, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate processes and data to recommend scalable AI solutions, monitor progress, manage risks, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure business value delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience gathering requirements, developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and leading UAT, production validation, and implementation readiness.
- Experience collaborating across business, operations, and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Shift timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced product owner or business analyst with a strong background in AI, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments balancing risk, controls, customer experience, and technology feasibility.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end initiative delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor less experienced team members.
