About This Role
- Lead fire safety management for the entire portfolio, ensuring compliance with established internal standards and local fire safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, risk analysis, audits, and fire safety drills to mitigate risks and maintain safety documentation.
- Train and mentor safety officers and site employees, promote fire safety awareness, and coordinate emergency response efforts with building managers and operations heads.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant fire safety experience.
- Must hold a valid safety license (fire safety related).
- Experience in delivering safety trainings and working with project safety systems, processes, and tools.
- Location requirement: On-site at Gurugram, Haryana.
