About This Role
- Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes with detailed variance analysis and reporting to management and clients.
- Develop advanced financial models and conduct comprehensive P&L and balance sheet analysis to support strategic business decisions and forecasting.
- Manage client financial relationships including accounts receivable optimization, funding processes, and resolving financial discrepancies under Master Services Agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics mandatory; professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA) preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive finance management experience including international team leadership and client relationship management.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of internal controls.
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram.
