About This Role
- Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations of Power Platform assets using runbooks, including export/import, connection reconfiguration, and post-migration validation.
- Operate within a 24x7 factory shift model ensuring reliable, defect-free execution with clear ticket updates, evidence capture, and handovers.
- Support issue triage for standard defects, escalate complex problems with detailed diagnostics, and contribute to reporting for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience executing production Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate including solutions, connection references, export/import, and admin tools.
- Experience working in a 24x7 shift model with mandatory handovers and schedule flexibility during peak cutover windows.
- Clear technical documentation skills with disciplined runbook execution and evidence capture suitable for audit and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in structured, process-driven Power Platform migration environments demanding high attention to detail and reliability under shift-based operations.
- Skilled at clear, concise communication for ticketing, escalation, and cross-shift collaboration with a client-professional mindset handling sensitive data.
- Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, Dataverse configurations, and Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400) preferred but not mandatory.
