About This Role
- Provide daily technical support and platform administration for multiple Vulnerability Management technologies including Qualys, Zafran, Wiz, Aqua Security, and associated integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot scanning activities, data feeds, APIs, integrations, and platform health to ensure accurate vulnerability data and operational continuity.
- Support and test platform upgrades, automation, ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and collaborate with VM Engineers on problem resolution and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience supporting Vulnerability Management, Security Engineering, Security Platforms, or Cybersecurity Operations technologies.
- Working knowledge of Qualys, Zafran, Wiz, Aqua Security, ServiceNow, ASM or comparable technologies.
- Understanding of vulnerability scanning, authenticated scanning, agents, asset inventory, and policy compliance/configuration assessment.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years preferred; not strictly mandatory.

- Experienced operating in large enterprise environment supporting security technologies with complex integrations and data workflows.
- Technically skilled with troubleshooting platform issues, data integration, automation support, and working knowledge of cloud, Kubernetes, containers, Linux, Windows, networking.
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability to investigate large datasets for coverage, enrichment, and data quality problems and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
