About This Role
- Lead and execute Change Management strategies to drive adoption of IT applications within client organizations.
- Translate technology changes into impacts on roles, behaviors, and ways of working for effective adoption.
- Develop and implement detailed change and communication plans aligned with migration or rollout initiatives, leveraging Microsoft product ecosystems such as M365, Teams, and SharePoint.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Change Manager focused on adoption of IT applications.
- PROSCI Change Management certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; MBA also mentioned as required education.
- Location: Bangalore; Employment type: Full-time, Permanent; Visa sponsorship: No.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving technology adoption through detailed change and communication plans with measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft products including M365, Copilot, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, or SharePoint.
- Capable of articulating business value and productivity outcomes beyond technical features, aligning change management to organizational objectives.
