About This Role
- Own month-end financial close activities including prepaid review, AP review, GL analysis, and variance commentary on revenue and expenses.
- Prepare and adjust forecasts and annual budgets to support financial planning.
- Automate reporting processes using Power BI and Alteryx and ensure coordination with onsite FP&A counterparts for accurate reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis required.
- Must be a full-time employee.
- Workplace requires presence in designated office at least four days a week, with one day remote (Hybrid work model).
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant FP&A functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed month-end financial processes and variance analysis within FP&A domain.
- Proficient in automation tools such as Power BI and Alteryx to streamline reporting.
- Capable of coordinating cross-location FP&A teams and managing end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles.
