About This Role
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team of 5-8 engineers including coaching, mentoring, and scaling the team.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions and platform capabilities.
- Drive engineering-wide improvements such as development practices, team processes, incident response, and removal of obstacles to team delivery and system performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-18 years professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in engineering management role.
- Experience managing technical teams of 5-8 engineers and scaling teams.
- Strong technical expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and cloud-native AWS services.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies including sprint planning and delivery management.
