About This Role
- Build and maintain financial and operational models to support Technology budgeting, forecasting, headcount, vendor spend, and project investment cases.
- Design and manage Power BI dashboards, data models, and automate reporting to provide senior stakeholders with clear insights on spend, capacity, and KPIs.
- Partner across global locations to support Technology's operating cadence including business reviews, financial variance analysis, and strategic initiative tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, statistics, business analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis, business/technology finance, strategy and operations, consulting, or comparable analytical role; technology-sector or IT-finance exposure preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard design.
- Work Mode: 3/2 shift schedule with 1PM-10PM timings in India; must be comfortable working across time zones with US-based leadership.

- Experienced with building complex financial models that support technology budgeting and forecasting with defensible assumptions.
- Skilled at turning complex data from multiple systems into automated, accurate dashboards and reusable datasets.
- Capable of operating independently in a matrixed, cross-border environment with strong communication skills for senior non-financial stakeholders.
